The following is a breakdown of the approximate amount it costs me to make and ship a card.  This is where your donation will go...
Base costs for making a photo card:
  • cardstock and envelope
  • photo printing
  • photo tape
  • plastic sleeve
  • gas for picking up supplies and meeting with customers

If the payment comes through Paypal:
  • cost to the vendor ranges from 20-40 cents per card
          Paypal charges the merchant a fixed fee per purchase (usually $0.30) in addition to a                                             percentage fee.  Donations below $12 have comparatively high fees.
          
Shipping costs if I am mailing the card to the customer:



Mailing envelope ($0.20 - $1.00 depending on size and type of envelope)

Shipping within Canada*:
These are approximate, based on Canada Post basic lettermail service, taxes included (4-6 business days).
    • 1 card: $0.98
    • 2 cards: $1.38
    • 3-4 cards: $2.07
    • 5-8 cards: $3.39
    • 9-12 cards: $4.72

You decide what your final amount will be, based on your financial means, the costs involved, the value you receive from it, the gratitude you feel, or any other factors that impact you!
